In my 38 years on this earth, I have never even uttered the words “I love to workout.” I have learned to like it somewhat, but even saying that is a stretch. I would always read articles on how to stick to a workout routine, but they were all written by fitness experts or people who are genuinely drawn to physical exertion, of which I am neither.
I feel like at this point in my life, I have basically just learned to suck it up and exercise. It’s not my favorite, but as I age, I realize the importance of maintaining my health. I have just learned that no matter what, it’s going to be a part of my life that has to be done.
Here are my tips, from a certified exercise hater (that’s me!) And by no means is there an actual certification, I just certified myself– I hate it that much.
