Happy Monday! Our house is HEALTHY right now– I feel like I might jinx it by saying that, but I’m so freaking happy I could scream. I didn’t cook a ton last week, but I did have try some great new recipes so figured I would post.
- If you need help meal planning, here’s how I do it.
Before I post meals, let’s talk breakfast. This weekend marked our first weekend of no baseball on Saturday mornings, so I decided to make a breakfast recipe that our family loves and hasn’t had in a really long time. It’s called a Sticky Bun Ring, and it’s easy and amazing. I am not at all a breakfast person, but I love this.
Sunday- Sundays are football food, so I didn’t make a real meal.
Monday – Country Style Pork Chops
Wednesday – chicken tenders and fries
Thursday – chicken soup
Friday – Dump & Bake Chicken Parm. I realize that dump is not a great choice of words, but this was so good! Definitely will make this one again. You can use your favorite marinara for this, or you can try my crockpot pasta sauce recipe!
Saturday: Buffalo Chicken Pasta – this was a made up recipe! I threw in some chicken breasts with Ranch dressing (about 1 cup) and Frank’s Red Hot (about 1/3 cup) and cooked on low for 4 hours. I shredded the chicken, tossed it back into the sauce, and added pasta (cooked) and served. I will make this again but might do something (cream cheese) to make it a little creamier.
