Happy Monday! I’m a little late to my meal plan Monday submission because SUPERBOWL.
I mean, wow.
We are a Patriots family through and through. My 9 year old son has worn a Pats jersey EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. since they won the AFC Championship. Last night was AMAZING.
So needless to say, I’m a little tired this morning. I got a late start to my morning and my routine, but here I am with my meals last week.
I am big on meal planning and I have a complete post about how I do it. Seriously, it’s super easy.
Here’s our meal plan for last week:
Sunday: Sweet and Sour Turkey Meatballs – this is one of our family favorite crockpot meals. I will have this on the blog shortly.
Monday: Meatloaf – I make a great classic meatloaf that is another favorite in our house. I will share this recipe shortly as well. I also made a second and brought it to our friends who just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. (BTW, her friend organized a Meal Train and that website is pretty amazing if you have a friend who has just given birth or has had surgery or needs meals for whatever reason.)
Tuesday: Ravioli with my slow cooker sauce (I had it frozen)
Friday: homemade pizza
Saturday: We attended a birthday party so I didn’t cook!
